Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Cary, North Carolina is seeking a Product Manager to lead assigned product lines across the full lifecycle, from defining market requirements to growth and profitability strategies. You will align cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and sales to drive roadmaps and performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Professional Experience: 8-10-years' experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or business development is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of the XP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manages the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping.
• Constantly observes relevant competitors' product(s), solution(s), and/or service(s).
• Defines product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion).
• Establishes and manages or synchronizes a cross functional team to realize the development of the XP product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned.
• Drives the XP business performance of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole process chain (PLM / SCM / CRM).
• Contributes to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle management.

The base pay range for this position is:

$119,920 - $164,890

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
