Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is required or implied for consideration.
• Experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Strong proofreading, organizational, and project management skills, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, presentations, and other content from development through completion, including timelines, budgets, and records.
• Route, review, and proofread pieces for accuracy, coordinating and interpreting compliance changes.
• Partner with Legal, Operations, Design, Product Development, Shareholder Communications, and Salesforce to coordinate project completion.
• Research product and industry data and provide direction to editorial, design, and sales/marketing support teams.
• Update monthly, quarterly, and annual literature and assist in preparing program-result reports.
