Job summary

RRD, a leading marketing, packaging, print, and business services provider, seeks a Marketing Assistant in Columbus, OH to support the business development and marketing team. You will help collect matter data, maintain databases, draft research reports, and assist with proposals and client materials.

This role emphasizes data-driven marketing support, website content updates, and cross‑office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases; strong research aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection of matter data for transaction practices globally.
• Update internal records, database systems and intranet for department, practice groups and partners as appropriate.
• Assist with the collection of data and preparation of submissions to legal directories, league tables and other external publishers of league tables.
• Help track practice descriptions, representative matter lists, bios and other collateral for client outreach.
• Assist with drafting research/intelligence reports on prospective clients and competitors to assist with client meetings and business opportunities.
• Assist with compilation of data and production of documentation for proposals and RFPs.
• Assist with updating website and intranet content.
• Assist with preparation, packaging and distribution of materials.
• Assist with recording action items, summaries and follow up.
• Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to communicate activities across offices.
