USIC is seeking a versatile Marketing & Communications Generalist to support initiatives across the organization and its business lines. This role drives day-to-day website administration, conference and sponsorship coordination, recurring employee communications, and content development.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful, detail-oriented marketing professional with strong writing, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field, with four or more years preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Experience creating and publishing content through a CMS such as WordPress.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience developing digital content for websites, social media, or other marketing channels.
• Ability to create basic visual assets using established brand guidelines and templates.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their practical applications in content development and production.

• Website Administration: Manage day-to-day content updates across USIC and its business-line websites using templates and CMS.
• Internal Communications: Draft and distribute recurring employee communications, newsletters, and updates.
• Conference and Event Coordination: Manage conference logistics including registrations, vendor coordination, and exhibit materials.
• Sponsorship Administration: Coordinate sponsorship agreements, payments, and fulfillment.
• Content Development: Research, write, edit, and adapt content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Coordination: Interface with external social media agency and manage content submissions and assets.
• Creative Production: Develop routine graphics and presentation materials using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Photo/Video Content: Gather media, produce simple videos, and support multimedia projects as needed.
• Marketing Operations and Reporting: Maintain calendars, trackers, dashboards, and standardized reports.
• AI-Enabled Workflows: Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, editing, and production while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
