Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Communications Lead for a well-known powersports brand in Brea, CA. This onsite, senior-level role oversees the creation of advertising and promotional materials that dealers rely on to sell motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters.

You will partner with agencies, photographers, and internal teams to bring product launches, press introductions, and dealer programs to life in a high-energy, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in powersports marketing or automotive industry.
• Advanced writing, copyediting, and proofreading with AP Style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMS, analytics, and social media.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and delivery of advertising and promotional materials used by motorcycle and ATV dealers.
• Work with agencies and vendors on local and regional advertising, product launch kits, and promo pieces, including copy editing, proofing, and some in-house graphic design
• Support new product launches and press introductions for endemic and non-endemic media
• Manage the press fleet inventory, tracking, and reporting, and maintain the library of logos, model images, and photoshoots
• Build internal communications that keep dealers informed on support programs and marketing tools, and represent the brand at events and meetings

Opportunity Summary

A well-known powersports brand is looking for a Communications Lead to run the creative and promotional materials that dealers rely on to sell motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters. You'll work with agencies, photographers, and internal teams to bring product launches, press introductions, and dealer programs to life. It's a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves the powersports world and wants to see their work show up at events, in the media, and on dealer floors.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a powersports marketing-related field, with knowledge of the automotive and/or motorcycle industry
• Advanced writing, copywriting, and proofreading skills, with familiarity with AP Style, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, analytics, and social media platforms
• Ability to ride, transport, load, and unload motorcycles and ATVs, and to travel up to 30% of the time, often on short notice

Preferred

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations (other degrees considered)
• Working knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Public relations experience with consumer and industry press
