Job summary

TIAA invites motivated graduates to join its Rotational Program in Marketing and Communications. You will rotate through multiple M&C teams over 8 months each, gaining exposure to client marketing, brand, communications, and strategy while working on meaningful projects. A mentor provides ongoing coaching to support your development.

Bachelor's degree is required; no prior experience is necessary. Anticipated start in July 2027 with authorization to work in the U.S. and a base pay range provided.

Responsibilities

• Gains knowledge across various M&C functions (Client Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand, Communications, etc.).
• Develops skills and gains experience to ensure a successful career at TIAA.
• Executes project activities by understanding objectives, meeting timelines and communicating results.
• Assists in preparing information and research materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Researches and gathers documentation as directed by colleagues.
• Attends required trainings and meetings.
• Shadows multiple marketing career paths and trains in a variety of function-related tasks.
• Leverages academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges.
