• Pursuing May 2028 graduation with a GPA of 3.0+

• Leadership experience outside of the classroom

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Participate in an 11-week immersive Marketing Leadership Development internship program.
• Engage in real-world assignments within the Marketing & Communications organization.
• Develop leadership and functional skills in areas such as Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Acquisition Analytics, Marketing Strategy, Communications, Philanthropy/Community Relations, and Social Media.
• Take part in formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking opportunities with company leaders.
• Receive coaching, mentoring, evaluation, and feedback throughout the internship.
• Gain early access to future early career opportunities, including a full-time rotational program.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Students expecting to graduate in May 2028 with a Bachelor’s degree and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated interest or coursework in marketing, communications, customer experience, data/analytics, digital/social media marketing, or research (marketing major not required).
• A record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, change agility, and team skills.
• Leadership experience outside of the classroom.
