The role reports to the AVP, Enterprise Marketing & Communications and requires strong PM, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong budgeting and financial stewardship for programs.
• Experience managing external vendors and contractors.
• Excels in cross-functional collaboration across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage marketing project budgets and timelines.
• Establish PM standards and workflows across the team (Asana).
• Oversee vendor onboarding, scopes, and invoices.
• Drive team operating rhythms, agendas, and decision processes.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and stakeholders to meet priorities.
