Job summary

Jobs for the Future (JFF) seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications Operations in Boston to act as the operational engine for the team. You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors and contractors, and help establish project management standards and workflows to keep initiatives on track.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years of experience in multi-stakeholder environments, strong organizational skills, and a talent for translating strategy into clear processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of relevant professional experience in complex projects, preferably in Marketing & Communications
• Ability to create structure and efficiency in fast-moving, matrixed environments
• Experience building systems, workflows, and vendor/contract processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building with external partners

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage marketing and communications project budgets
• Establish project management standards, templates, and workflows in Asana
• Own project intake, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Partner with stakeholders to create efficient project plans, estimates, and timelines
• Lead resource planning and allocation across concurrent projects
