Job summary

Intuitive Machines in Houston, TX seeks a Marketing & Communications Operations Specialist to drive the operational execution of its Marketing & Communications function. You will plan and coordinate programs, executive events, industry engagements, and internal communications while partnering with Business Development, Operations, Facilities, and Engineering.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, corporate communications, event coordination, customer engagement, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, or operational activities involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, vendors, and deliverables.
• Experience supporting customer visits, executive meetings, corporate events, trade shows, conferences, or other high-visibility engagements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management, collaboration, or communications platforms.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel periodically and support evenings/weekends as needed.
• Experience with aerospace/defense/tech industries and supporting executive-level engagements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting the Marketing & Communications function.
• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, trackers, production timelines, and other visibility tools.
• Coordinate development and production workflow for marketing collateral and digital assets.
• Maintain corporate marketing asset library and templates in use by the team.
• Support adherence to brand and communications standards.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding purchases, production schedules, and logistics.
• Assist with administrative activities tied to Marketing & Communications initiatives.
• Maintain processes, templates, timelines, checklists, and procedures for repeatable execution.
• Track and report on Marketing & Communications activities.
