Evermark is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead paid media and integrated communications strategy across digital, PR, retail/shopper, and social channels. You will collaborate with Brand, Equity, Shopper Marketing, and Social/PR to drive demand and measurable results in a PE-owned environment.
The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, cross-brand partnerships, and aligning with retail activation.
Evermark is a newly formed beauty and personal care company bringing together a portfolio of iconic, everyday brands with enormous reach and untapped potential: Suave, ChapStick, Q-tips, Caress, St. Ives, TIGI Bed Head, Noxzema, Pond’s, Lever 2000. These are brands people know, trust, and use daily - and we are building their next chapter.
Backed by a growth-oriented YellowWood Partners, we operate with speed, focus, and accountability. Our goal is simple: modernize these brands, accelerate growth, and build a company that consistently outperforms expectations. That means sharpening strategy, raising the bar on execution, and making smart, decisive moves across the enterprise - from how we plan and operate to how we go to market.
This is a company in motion. We are scaling quickly, building new capabilities, and creating the operating model as we go. For the right people, that means rare access, real influence, and the opportunity to help shape not just a role, but a company.
Q-Tips, the category-defining cotton swab brand, is expanding into cotton rounds and face towels and repositioning itself as a leading beauty and personal care name. The Marketing Communications Manager will lead paid media and integrated communications strategy, translating brand strategy into a 360 marketing program spanning paid media, retail/shopper, PR, and social/community that drives demand, penetration, and measurable results.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with Brand, Equity, Shopper Marketing, and Social/PR to unify every channel behind one brand narrative. In this private-equity-owned environment, every program must tie to clear KPIs and demonstrated ROI. A distinctive part of the role is identifying cross-brand/cross-category partnerships that build Q-Tips' credibility in beauty and generate earned visibility beyond paid media.
Numbers-first and detail-oriented; a natural connector who aligns brand, shopper, social, and PR without formal authority; genuinely curious about beauty culture and cultural relevance; High bias for execution and activation, with comfort operating in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment; Strong storytelling and project management skills, with the organizational rigor to manage complex, multi-workstream plans.
We look for people who take ownership, move with urgency, and care deeply about results.
Across every level and function, success here comes from thinking like an operator; not waiting to be told what to do but seeing what needs to happen and driving it forward. The individual must be comfortable working across teams, influencing without hierarchy, and making progress even when the path isn’t perfectly defined.
This is a fast-moving environment with high standards and real accountability. In return, you’ll have meaningful responsibility, autonomy to lead your work, and the opportunity to grow alongside brands, and a company, that are being actively shaped.
The base salary range for this position is $135,000 -145,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
