Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support and enhance Standish’s marketing and communications. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across client and market-facing materials, digital channels, events, and internal communications while partnering closely with business development and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4–8+ years in marketing, communications, presentation design, preferably within fund administration, financial services or alternative investment.
• Demonstrated success supporting investor relations and investor communication.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with cohesive client-ready materials.
• Advanced proficiency with marketing tools including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Brand Management: maintain brand consistency across communications, digital channels, and events.
• Corporate & Business Development Support: develop client decks, due diligence materials, and strategic communications.
• Events Marketing: coordinate branding, invitations, attendee communications, signage, and post-event content.
• Digital Marketing & Content Management: manage website, email, social media, and develop compelling content.
• Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations: track metrics and maintain calendars, templates, and asset libraries.
