Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Marketing Manager to lead integrated, full-funnel marketing for our Private Investing platform. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy, collaborate with design, content, PR, and investment teams to deliver cohesive programs that support fundraising, brand building, and investor engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in asset management or financial services.
• Experience owning end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
• Experience across digital and offline channels with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear messaging.
• Structured, organized with strong project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across channels.
• Translate business priorities into cohesive campaign strategies.
• Shape platform and fund positioning; ensure consistent narrative.
