Location: Avon, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time, Year Round
Pay Range: $70,000 – $85,000 – based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Expected to work some special events during weekends and/or outside of regular working hours.

The Marketing & Communications Manager is a hands‑on storyteller and project manager who brings EVCF's mission to life across digital, print, media, and community channels. This role manages day‑to‑day communications for EVCF and its three programs while helping maintain a cohesive organizational brand.
The ideal candidate combines strong writing and visual judgment with excellent organization. They can move comfortably between creating a social media post, updating a webpage, interviewing a program participant, coordinating an event campaign, and reviewing performance data.
