Job summary

Eagle Community Credit Union seeks a Marketing Specialist to tell our story, strengthen branding, and connect with members through campaigns and communications.

You'll balance creativity with strategy, manage multiple projects, and bring ideas to life across digital and traditional channels, driving growth and community impact. This role reports to the marketing team and enhances member engagement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing and producing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, signage, and digital content.
• Creating marketing materials for branches, business development, community outreach, and initiatives.
• Maintaining Eagle's visual brand standards.
• Updating website content and supporting digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinating promotional items, printed materials, and marketing inventory.
• Managing relationships with printers, agencies, and vendors.
• Supporting community outreach programs, sponsorships, and events.
• Assisting with product launches and organizational communications.
• Designing Eagle's Annual Report and other high-visibility communications.
• Tracking campaign performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in promoting Eagle's products, services, and community impact by:

What We're Looking For

• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions.
• Experience supporting community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives.
