Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years PR for a law firm or professional services.
• Proven track record of media placements and thought leadership.
• Strong writing portfolio translating complex topics into copy.
• Solid knowledge of the news media landscape and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive DC Metro comms plan with offices and leaders.
• Advise leaders on messaging, reputation and strategy.
• Identify brand-building opportunities via events and media.
• Create content for external comms, bylined articles, newsletters.
• Manage media outreach, press releases, and interviews prep.
• Draft social posts and train attorneys on social media use.
