Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience leading a Communications team and delivering visible projects.
• Experience in international marketing and public communications is highly desired.
• Strong writing, media savvy, and ability to work with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Researches and provides final edits of communications documentation.
• Oversight of marketing and communications projects.
• Implements internal and external marketing and communications programs in conjunction with related areas of the organization to ensure desired outcomes within budgets and organizational policies.
• Oversees the development and maintenance of company’s web site and social media platforms.
• Acts as liaison with department managers to implement internal communication programs.
• Monitors and tracks information relevant to the company published on press, checks for validity, and recommends/takes appropriate actions as needed.
• Manages a small team of marketing communications support staff.
