Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing communications or related role.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot), PIM (Plytix), Asana preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and coach direct reports with accountability for performance.
• Set team priorities, manage timelines, and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing for launches and campaigns.
• Plan and execute national and regional trade shows and events.
• Review content for brand alignment, accuracy, and readiness before publication.
• Develop and measure SEO, SEM, and related initiatives with internal and external resources.
