Job summary

Federal Signal Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities, event coordination, and cross-functional project management. The role requires strong organization, timely communication, and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate will manage campaigns in Wrike, coordinate with designers and vendors, and ensure content accuracy across digital platforms. This is a full-time in-office position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, event coordination, administrative, or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to independently research and resolve questions.
• Ability to follow established processes and execute recurring responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution, including promotions, presentations, reports, correspondence, marketing materials, and other assigned initiatives.
• Manage marketing projects in Wrike or similar tools, maintaining task statuses, due dates, files, approvals, dependencies, and next steps.
• Follow brand standards and approval workflows; flag risks or delays early.
• Research routine questions using available resources and escalate with recommended next steps.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and travel logistics, including registration and exhibitor requirements.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials with designers and vendors; ensure on-brand, edited, and delivered on time.
• Maintain content across digital platforms by coordinating updates with team members.
