Excellent writing skills; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, mentor, and coach direct reports with clear direction and accountability.
Establish team priorities, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide performance feedback, and identify development needs.
Foster a collaborative, accountable environment and cross-functional partnerships.
Execute marketing communications strategies to increase brand awareness and support sales objectives.
Create and distribute content across channels including announcements, campaigns, presentations, and website content.
Plan and execute product launches, line extensions, and strategic initiatives with internal teams.
Lead national and regional trade shows, events, and related logistics.
