Job summary

IPWEA is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to coordinate and execute integrated marketing initiatives across channels. This role drives awareness, engagement, lead generation, and event participation while supporting relationships with members, partners and sponsors.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Marketing, you will manage content, campaigns, and media activities with a collaborative, fast-paced team in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or engagement.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office suite and Canva skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of marketing plans and campaign schedules.
• Write, edit and distribute content across websites, EDMs, social media, newsletters and media releases.
• Manage digital advertising and social media, coordinating with external suppliers as needed.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals and paid/owned/earned media.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, branches, partners and suppliers.
• Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Support membership growth and engagement, and assist with conferences and events.
