Job summary

The Marketing Coordinator role supports the marketing initiatives in Welkom, assisting in planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns across multiple channels. The position requires strong organization and communication to ensure coordination between teams and activities.

You will contribute to brand development, lead generation, and provide essential support to the marketing department as part of a dynamic industry team in the Free State.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar administrative support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Support management of social media presence, including scheduling posts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate marketing events and trade shows.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist with reporting on campaign performance.
