Urban Sky, a Denver-based aerospace startup, seeks a Director of Marketing & Communications to own the company’s marketing and communications strategy as a one-person team in Denver, CO. You will lead brand building, lead generation, and messaging for commercial clients and DoD partners.

You’ll write copy, design visuals, manage digital campaigns, PR, website messaging, and content across channels, driving rapid growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing and communications experience with at least 3 years in leadership or strategic role.
• Ability to work independently with hands-on strategic and tactical execution.
• Strong copywriting, graphic design, and digital marketing tool proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy as a one-person team, balancing planning with hands-on execution.
• Create Marketing Materials: Write copy, design visuals, and produce marketing collateral for stratospheric balloon systems and data services.
• Develop Messaging Campaigns: Craft targeted messaging to engage end-users and government/ commercial audiences.
• Drive Digital Campaigns: Design and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads across channels.
• Lead Website Design and Messaging: Oversee website content and messaging to reflect the brand and value propositions.
• Manage Public Relations: Develop and execute PR strategies to elevate Urban Sky’s presence in aerospace and technology sectors.
