Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of communications, website content development, marketing principles and practices; preparing marketing materials, including oral and written communication to effectively exchange information with peers, supervisor and customers; planning and coordinating projects.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East, determined by job role and balancing customer/team needs.

Responsibilities

• Creates content for Farm Credit East social media networks.
• Assists in creation of email campaigns to reach targeted customers and prospects.
• Assists in maintenance of association brand websites, including coordination of web inquiries.
• Assists in the development of Today's Harvest blog content.
• Develops consistent PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Assists with the development and ordering of marketing content including brochures, folders, ads and tradeshow displays.
• Assists in the coordination and promotion of Farm Credit East participation at internal and external events.
• Organizes marketing materials on intranet site ensuring resources are available for staff.
• Coordinates ad materials in digital and print media for local marketplace and sponsorship requests.
• Serves in a backup capacity for members of the Marketing Communications team.
