Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications or a related marketing role.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or automotive environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI-powered tools, and campaign measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications related to business initiatives, product launches, and key updates.
• Create external communications, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
• Ensure all communications align with branding and messaging standards.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital assets.
• Support content showcasing customer success stories, product innovations, and industry trends.
• Execute marketing campaigns with sales and marketing teams.
• Support email marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
• Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D to support product positioning and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
