The role requires five years of marketing experience, with at least three years in Marketing Cloud, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of demonstrated marketing experience, with three or more years of Marketing Cloud experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, data-driven marketing automation team.
• Architect and optimize multichannel marketing automations using Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Regularly report on campaign performance and provide data-informed recommendations.
