Offprem Technology is a Salesforce Summit Partner focused on helping organizations implement and optimize Salesforce and Claude solutions. The Salesforce Solution Architect role will design, guide, and deliver Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next implementations, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and Data 360 while aligning with client roadmaps.

You will lead cross-functional engagements, architect data models and journeys, and drive migrations between Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Hands-on experience implementing Marketing Cloud Engagement components (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, data extensions).
• Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Next and pursuing certification.
• Experience leading client-facing discovery, solution design, and project delivery from kickoff to go-live.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement management from kickoff to go-live, maintaining scope, timeline, and budget.
• Lead discovery sessions with marketing, sales, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Architect and document Marketing Cloud Engagement/Next solutions and obtain client approval.
• Oversee build, testing, and QA; contribute hands-on when needed.
• Grow the practice by creating reusable accelerators and mentoring consultants.
