The position focuses on planning, budgeting, resources, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-impact strategic outcomes. Strong leadership and industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in marketing or business development, with 2+ years in management.
• Experience in professional services or B2B marketing preferred.
• Proficiency with planning, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Experience deploying marketing technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern annual and ad-hoc planning cycles for M&CD, aligned with firm goals.
• Oversee department budget operations, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate headcount planning and onboarding of contractors and agencies.
• Manage MarTech stack tracking, integration, and optimization for data-driven decisions.
• Design standardized workflows to speed time-to-market and improve processes.
• Lead training programs to upskill staff on firm systems and best practices.
• Act as primary liaison with Finance, HR, Communications, Innovation and Tech for cross-functional projects.
• Support change management when deploying new tools or structures.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and data privacy standards.
