Empath Health is seeking a Marketing Account Specialist to support marketing needs for internal business units. You will manage defined projects under the Marketing Account Manager, ensuring timely execution and clear communication.

Hybrid work with in-person presence at a regional office is required; candidates must live within commuting distance. The role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and proactive support across campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing, project coordination, or account support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing needs for assigned internal business units and departments.
• Coordinate and monitor projects and campaigns from intake through completion.
• Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized project documentation including timelines and status updates.
• Interface with printers, photographers, and event partners as needed.
• Assist with content outlines, materials, and proofreading for consistency.
• Write and edit marketing copy for email, web, print collateral, and promos.
• Coordinate marketing presence at community events and conferences.
• Help monitor performance metrics across digital channels and reports.
• Maintain organized digital asset files and archival processes.
