Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand Communications and Creative Services team.

The role focuses on coordinating marketing activities, managing project logistics, and handling administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly. You will assist with campaign execution, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and liaise with cooperative members and internal teams to support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and events ensuring timelines and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Podcast management including scheduling recordings and coordinating guests and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, and webinars.
• Liaise with internal teams and members to align marketing initiatives with company goals and keep stakeholders informed.
• Assist in organizing video shoots, call sheets, and schedules for all parties involved.
• Provide general administrative support to the Brand Communications and Creative Services department.
• Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials and collateral.
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM data accuracy; assist with KPI reporting.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external use.
