Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand Communications and Creative Services team.
The role focuses on coordinating marketing activities, managing project logistics, and handling administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly. You will assist with campaign execution, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and liaise with cooperative members and internal teams to support marketing efforts.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to our Brand Communications and Creative Services team. This role will focus on coordinating marketing activities, managing logistics for marketing projects, and handling the administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the execution of campaigns, ensure accurate documentation, liaise with internal teams and cooperative members to support marketing efforts.
There is one position available and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Marketing Coordinator I, job grade 5; Marketing Coordinator II, job grade 6; Marketing Coordinator III, job grade 7; or Senior Marketing Coordinator, job grade 8. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
