Job summary

Epic Pain Management is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the Laredo market. You will cultivate referral relationships, expand provider networks, and enhance service awareness within the community.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration with clinical teams, and representing the organization at events to boost patient referrals. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring Monday–Friday hours with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Healthcare or legal industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to grow our referral network.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and clinical leaders.
• Expand awareness of services across the community.
• Serve as trusted liaison between referring offices and clinical/operational teams.
• Organize meetings with providers to promote services and foster engagement.
• Deliver marketing materials and referral resources to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups.
• Track outreach activities in the CRM system; provide progress reports.
• Represent Epic at community and professional events to increase visibility and drive referrals.
• Manage budgets including expense tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Required: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Preferred: Healthcare or legal industry experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred
