Job summary

Epic Pain is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead referral-network growth and community engagement in Mission, TX. The role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare leaders, while expanding awareness of our services through targeted marketing and strategic partnerships.

You will act as the primary face of the organization in the Laredo market, coordinating with clinical and operations teams to drive patient referrals and service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Preferred: Healthcare or legal industry experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to grow our referral network in alignment with leadership goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and clinical leaders
• Introduce new providers to key referrers and expand awareness of services across the community
• Serve as a trusted liaison between referring offices and our clinical/operational teams
• Organize and attend meetings with providers to promote services and foster engagement
• Deliver marketing materials and referral resources to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups
• Track and document outreach activities in the CRM system; provide regular progress reports
• Monitor competitive activity and collaborate on local marketing and business development plans
• Represent Epic at community and professional events to increase visibility and drive referrals
• Manage budgets responsibly, including expense tracking and reporting
