Job summary

Epic Pain Management is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead market growth in the Laredo region. You will cultivate referral relationships, introduce new providers, and promote services across the community.

The role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional with experience in sales/marketing and CRM proficiency. On-site collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and travel to community events will be expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Healthcare or legal industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to grow our referral network.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and clinical leaders.
• Introduce new providers to key referrers and expand awareness of services across the community.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between referring offices and our clinical/operational teams.
• Organize and attend meetings with providers to promote services and foster engagement.
• Deliver marketing materials and referral resources to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups.
• Track and document outreach activities in the CRM system; provide regular progress reports.
• Monitor competitive activity and collaborate on local marketing and business development plans.
• Represent Epic at community and professional events to increase visibility and drive referrals.
• Manage budgets responsibly, including expense tracking and reporting.
