Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a well-established organization in Orlando with a Marketing Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will blend marketing analytics with restaurant/retail operations to turn data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and operational trends across platforms, developing reporting to support key decisions. Strong Power BI and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, BI, or related field
• Strong marketing and customer analytics knowledge
• Hands-on Power BI experience is required
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with restaurant technology, POS, loyalty, online ordering, or similar platforms is highly preferred
• Understanding of key restaurant/retail performance metrics
• Exposure to Snowflake or data warehousing is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to executives and operational teams
• Self-starter who can take ownership and turn data into meaningful business decisions

Responsibilities

I’m conducting a search for a Marketing Business Analyst on behalf of a well-established organization in the Orlando market. This role is ideal for an analytical, self-driven professional who understands both marketing and restaurant/retail business operations and can turn data into actionable business insights.

Overview

The Marketing Business Analyst will analyze data across various business and restaurant technology platforms, helping leadership better understand customer behavior, marketing performance, and operational trends. This position will work closely with marketing, technology, and business teams while developing reporting and insights that directly support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data across restaurant/retail technology platforms and business systems
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Partner with marketing and business teams to identify customer and revenue opportunities
