Integrity is seeking a Brand Senior Director to lead brand strategy, governance, and operations across a large, matrixed organization. This executive role focuses on enterprise brand architecture, standards, and cross-functional alignment rather than hands-on design.
You will build and develop a team, set the enterprise vision, governance, and operating model, and oversee internal and external agencies to ensure consistent, differentiated brand experiences globally.
The Brand Senior Director is an enterprise leader operating at the intersection of brand strategy, brand operations, and organizational transformation. This role serves as the senior steward of the Integrity brand, setting the strategic direction and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and differentiated brand experiences across every touchpoint, business unit, and geography.
This is a strategic leadership and highly operational role, not a hands‑on design position. The Brand Senior Director will lead and develop a team of brand professionals; establish the enterprise brand vision, standards, governance, and operating model; lead cross‑functional alignment; and oversee the processes, resources, and partnerships that shape creative output produced by internal teams and external agencies across a large, matrixed organization.
Set the enterprise strategy and operating model for Integrity's branded-house architecture, including portfolio planning, sequencing, governance, and adoption.
Advise executive leadership and partner with Legal and business unit leaders to define brand architecture, naming conventions, and sub-brand and product-brand relationships.
Own a multiyear roadmap for advancing Integrity's primary corporate brand model, balancing enterprise consistency with business‑unit needs.
Lead brand integration strategy for acquisitions, new offerings, and organizational changes.
Own and evolve Integrity's enterprise brand strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity governance in partnership with executive leaders, creative leadership, and agency partners.
Establish, maintain, and enforce enterprise brand standards, guidelines, templates, and toolkits across business units, functions, and geographies.
Build a scalable governance model with clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability to protect brand integrity as the organization grows.
Serve as the senior authority for material brand decisions, exceptions, and disputes, escalating enterprise risks and recommendations as appropriate.
Define and oversee an efficient, scalable enterprise review and approval model for brand-related assets, including marketing collateral, internal communications, digital experiences, advertising, events, and product materials.
Establish enterprise intake, prioritization, capacity‑planning, and traffic‑management processes that improve speed, quality, transparency, and stakeholder experience.
Provide strategic oversight of internal creative teams, external agencies, and freelance partners, including resource planning, performance expectations, and partner effectiveness.
Set service‑level expectations, approval tiers, and responsibility frameworks so business units understand how and when to engage brand and creative resources.
Sponsor the selection, implementation, and adoption of workflow, digital asset management, and brand enablement tools that support operations at scale.
Develop operating metrics and executive reporting that demonstrate delivery performance, brand compliance, resource effectiveness, and business impact.
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leaders across Marketing, Communications, People & Culture, Sales, Product, and the business units on brand strategy, application, and investment priorities.
Partner with Legal on trademark strategy, brand protection, and risk management during brand transitions, integrations, and market expansion.
Build alignment with business unit leaders and guide change where legacy‑brand considerations, local market needs, and enterprise standards intersect.
Translate brand strategy, governance frameworks, investment needs, and performance insights into clear, executive‑ready recommendations and presentations.
Lead enterprise brand councils or working groups to drive shared accountability, adoption, and consistent decision‑making.
Establish an enterprise brand measurement framework, including health, awareness, consistency, adoption, and stakeholder‑experience indicators.
Lead periodic brand audits across business units and channels to assess adherence, identify risk, and prioritize corrective action.
Use performance data, stakeholder feedback, and external trends to continuously refine brand strategy, processes, tools, and governance.
Monitor market and competitive developments and advise leaders on emerging brand opportunities and risks.
12+ years of progressive experience in brand management, brand strategy, or brand operations, including significant enterprise leadership experience within a large, multi‑business‑unit or multi‑brand organization.
Demonstrated success defining and leading enterprise brand architecture, governance, or transformation initiatives across a complex organization.
