Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or similar field and prior internship experience a plus.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with team members at all levels across the Firm.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; strong ability to switch gears.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail-oriented and able to organize and implement a wide variety of tasks in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Demonstrates professionalism, a positive work ethic and good judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Occasional travel to the other office locations for firm meetings and events.
• Experience with a CPA or professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase awareness of PKF O’Connor Davies to targeted audiences, e.g., on-campus recruitment campaign deliverables.
• Oversee the marketing onboarding training of new employees.
• Collaborate with HR on branding messaging, goals and progress of projects.
• Plan and develop content with internal teams and external vendors for social media campaigns.
• Develop internal and external communications, including presentations, social posts, events banners, marketing profiles.
• Develop, scope and execute new video concepts for PKF O’Connor Davies social media.
• Assist social media team with planning, scheduling and analytics.
• Manage the Firm’s online reputation across profiles and monitor new feedback.
• Occasionally assist with onsite and online events (e.g., manning registration).
• Support marketing team on ad hoc requests as assigned.
