Job summary

You will assist with RFP content, social media, website updates, trade shows, emails, and promotional materials while coordinating events and ensuring accurate, engaging communications across channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and content management of RFPs and Sales Proposals.
• Assist in client programs including Million$ Club and annual surveys.
• Create engaging social media content and collaborate on social strategies.
• Update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate marketing activities including email, advertising, and events.
• Coordinate trade shows from registration to participation and exposure.
