The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, with occasional travel as needed.

You will contribute to proposal development, content creation, and campaign execution while maintaining accurate project data and assisting senior staff with planning and events.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsabilidades

• Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
• Support management of client relationship management and financial systems for reporting metrics.
• Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.
• Arrange for professional photography on projects.
• Assist development of annual and long-term strategic plans and growth initiatives.
• Support implementation of key growth initiatives and investments as defined in plans.
• Support development and implement client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share.
• Support solicitation of formal client feedback.
• Administer go/no-go decision process per HDR's Matrix of Authority.
• Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen HDR's brand and thought leadership.
• Develop and publish engaging digital content reflecting HDR's brand.
• Implement social media campaigns.
• Support strategies that elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associations.
• Create marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
• Fulfilling conference sponsorship benefits, as needed.
• Develop engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars).
• Plan large internal meetings (in-person or virtual) and coordinate them.
• Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences and recruiting.
