Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 10–15 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry for public sector.
• Leadership of major proposals (>$1M fee).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Lead the proposal process and interview presentations for public/private projects.
• Oversee brand management, website, and social media to ensure consistent messaging.
