Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Atlanta (Sandy Springs) is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems that turn marketing interest into scheduled patient consultations. This builder's role focuses on tooling, automation, testing, measurement and continuous improvement across our marketing engine.

You'll own lifecycle marketing, landing pages, analytics, lead routing and attribution, ensuring leads reach the right clinic quickly and that data is clean, compliant and actionable for

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in marketing operations or similar hands-on role.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and landing pages.
• Experience with analytics, attribution and data hygiene.
• CRM integrations, lead routing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation & Lifecycle: build and optimize automations in ActiveCampaign.
• Landing Pages & Conversion: own Instapage program and test messaging.
• Analytics & Measurement: use Mixpanel to understand journeys and conversion drop-offs.
• Lead Routing & Intake: design workflows for fast, context-rich routing.
• Attribution & Performance: connect spend to leads and patient conversions.
• Tracking & Marketing Data: maintain UTMs, tracking and campaign metrics.
• Healthcare & Compliance: work with privacy and legal teams on compliance.
• Documentation & Enablement: document processes for team enablement.
