Formación

• High School or GED
• Enrolled in higher education pursuing a related degree or prior related work experience
• Experience in WordPress Engine strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This position is onsite in Boulder, CO.

Caplan and Earnest is seeking an internal Marketing Specialist to support our firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Management Members to develop and execute the firm’s strategic direction while ensuring alignment with the overall marketing objectives and practice-specific initiatives.

The Marketing Specialist will perform the following responsibilities:

• Implement the firm’s marketing development and local marketing strategy in partnership with the Management Members and HR Manager that supports the firm’s strategy.
• Monitor local business activity, emerging industries, investment trends and economic development to identify strategic market opportunities and support business development initiatives aligned with firm-identified growth areas.
• Supplement the Caplan and Earnest brand and strengthen the firm’s presence in the market(s) by cultivating strategic community relationships, enhancing local visibility, and supporting office culture initiatives.
• Work closely with the HR Manager and Firm Administrator to identify and coordinate local public relations opportunities, including rankings, award submissions, directories, and other initiatives that enhance the firm’s visibility in the market.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend sponsorships, speaking engagements, leadership opportunities and community partnerships to uncover business development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s priority practices, key industries, competitive landscape, and target clients within the market(s), including top existing clients and prospective clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School or GED
• Enrolled in higher education institution pursuing a related degree (communications, business, political science, law, etc.) or prior work experience in a related field
• Experience in WordPress Engine strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary And Benefits

Position pay of $23/hour and is part-time.
