Job summary

Caplan and Earnest LLC in Boulder, Colorado seeks a part-time Marketing Specialist onsite to support the firm's strategic marketing direction in collaboration with the HR Manager and management. You will implement local marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and enhance the firm's visibility and presence in the market.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, event sponsorships, press outreach, and collaborating on firm branding while maintaining an understanding of priority practices

Qualifications

• High School or GED
• Enrolled in higher education pursuing a related degree or prior related work experience
• Experience in WordPress Engine strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Implement the firm’s local marketing strategy in partnership with leadership and HR.
• Monitor local business activity to identify market opportunities and support growth.
• Strengthen brand presence by cultivating community relationships and visibility.
• Coordinate local PR opportunities, rankings, directories, and awards to boost visibility.
• Identify sponsorships, speaking engagements, leadership opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop understanding of priority practices, industries, and target clients in the market.
