H Mart in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking a Marketing Associate/Coordinator who is bilingual in Korean and English. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments to coordinate store promotions, customer communications, and brand marketing.

Responsibilities include supporting customer service platforms, coordinating marketing materials, assisting with media contracts, events, press releases, and membership procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1 year+ of marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in an environment with time sensitive deadlines.
• Professional in Marketing certificate is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in Korean and English is a MUST (Fluency is a plus)

Position Description:

This role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, organizations/associations, media, and etc. We are looking for a Marketing Associate/Coordinator with knowledge base in marketing field, who can easily adapt to multi-functional marketing atmosphere and understand customer's needs.
