Job summary

Securiport LLC is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives and help grow our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation of content for emails, social media, blogs, and other channels.
• Help maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors and other team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage content calendars and help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g: social engagement, web traffic).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
• Monitor social media channels and assist in scheduling posts.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and databases.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Help plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars or trade shows.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and competitor strategies.
