Job summary

Securiport is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives and grow our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. You will organize materials, assist with content creation and market research, and help ensure projects stay on brand and on time.

You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to drive initiatives, track performance metrics, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation of content for emails, social media, blogs, and other channels.
• Help maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors and other team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage content calendars and help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g: social engagement, web traffic)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
• Monitor social media channels and assist in the schedule posts.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and databases.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Help plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars or trade shows.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and competitor strategies.
