Rainsoftcarolinas is seeking an individual to assist the Marketing Manager with managing the marketing team in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring for the call center, training appointment setters, and evaluating performance.

Candidates must possess outstanding communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and must be able to pass a background check. This is a full-time in-person position with scheduled hours Monday to Saturday.

• Assist the Marketing Manager in daily management.

• Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.
