What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Call Center Agents
• Drive team performance, accountability, and success
• Help generate qualified homeowner appointments for outside sales consultants
• Train and mentor agents to exceed goals
• Build a fun, energetic, and positive work environment
• Monitor quality, compliance, and performance metrics
• Coordinate appointment confirmations and scheduling

Important Note:

This is NOT a high-pressure phone sales position. Our team focuses on following up with warm leads and scheduling appointments for our outside sales consultants.
