Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Describe services correctly in marketing materials and client-facing content.
  • Understand EnCompass value to clients and avoid technical confusion with staff.
  • Develop social posts, website copy, and marketing explanations for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers and leadership to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
