The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing initiatives and provide administrative support. This role involves contributing to marketing campaigns, graphic design projects, content creation, and various administrative tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Internships or similar experience considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Mac platforms helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline orientation.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Social Media: engage customers, monitor responses, and create content.
• Digital Content Creation & Maintenance: update websites, landing pages, and emails.
• Graphic Design: produce simple marketing materials and flyers.
• Internal Communication: write and post stories on the intranet.
• Online Reputation Management: monitor and respond to Google reviews.
• Photography: capture photos with professional equipment.
• Administrative Support: assist Marketing Director with reports and databases.
• Event Support: help organize dealership events.
• Special Projects: assist with research initiatives.
• Market Awareness: stay current on marketing trends.
• Collaboration: interact with corporate, location managers, and sales teams.
